About Sophie

With 10+ years of experience in human resources I’ve worked with all kinds of businesses, from trades and manufacturing to professional services, helping leaders handle the people side of business with confidence. I’ve learned that creating great workplaces isn’t about choosing between what’s right for the business or what’s right for its people – it’s about finding the balance between both.

I provide practical, down-to-earth HR support that helps you manage tricky staff matters, improve your workplace practices and build stronger teams, without jargon or red tape.

I’m big on continuous improvement. I have an eye for noticing what’s working, spotting what’s not and always asking, “how can we do better?”

I hold a Bachelor of Management (HR), Cert IV in Training and Assessment and am accredited in both DISC ADVANCED® and Prosci Change Management. These tools help me bring a mix of strategy, development and real-world understanding to every client partnership.
